Dhaka: Jatiya Sangshad (JS) Speaker Hafiz Uddin Ahmad is scheduled to join the state funeral of late Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei in Tehran.
He is likely to be in Tehran on July 3 at the invitation of Iranian Speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf, a diplomatic source told UNB.
The funeral of Iran’s late Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei will begin in Tehran on July 4, and he will be buried in his home town of Mashhad on July 9, according to Iranian state media.
